Auckland Museum GEMs

Today Room 5 walked to the Panmure Library for a session with some GEMs (Guest Educator Maori) from the Auckland Museum. It was awesome! We learned to use a rakau or a patu and we told a story about the creation of Mount Wellington. Then we made a clay imprint of a matau (fish hook). Visit our student blogs to read about our experiences.
