Our Film Festival Movie: How to Save the World Before Breakfast

Our film was inspired by our Term 2 Inquiry around sustainability. We realised that there are so many little things that we can do to help look after our planet and if everybody made just a few little changes overall it would make a BIG difference. What changes can you make in your everyday life to help our planet? How could you reduce the rubbish in your lunchbox? Could you walk to school instead of someone dropping you off in a car? Could you encourage your family to use reuseable supermarket bags instead of lots of plastic bags? How can YOU save the world before breakfast?

I am going to remember to take my reuseable cloth bags to the supermarket so I don't end up with lots of plastic bags. This is my way of helping to save the world before breakfast!

When i see rubbish I will pick it up and put it in the bin. If we dont puck up rubbish the environment will be dirty but we want our environment to be clean and healthy

ReplyDeleteCongratulations for putting together a well thought out and creative film. There were not any stop motion type movies I saw today during the three screenings I saw in Cinema 2. I like how your movie carried a strong message around caring for the environment. Your illustrations were bold, colourful and life like.

Your information was very detailed too. I didn't know there were only 55 Maui dolphins left and I am going to try really hard to wash my car on the grass. Thank you!
